Ekornes furniture in our opinion is one of the best on the market.

When your chair or sofa has worn out it can be brought back to life.

We use only Scottish leather from the Andrew Muirhead tannery in Scotland.

Click onto the News letter page for more information on Scottish leather.

All Ekornes renovations come with a 3 year warranty on the leather and our workmanship.

Our customers come from all over the country. Yes, transport does
add to the cost but when finished
in Scottish leather the results are stunning.

Ekornes Furniture
Renovation
&
Re-upholstery

Strathvale just went International

Our customer in California sent over his worn out leather that fitted a Rio chair for complete renovation.

The above picture shows the finished seating and stool top re-upholstered in Sateen Rockall leather.

The only parts original were the metal ring on the back cushion which clips onto the chair frame, wooden arm frames and stool frame..

Any bolts, pins etc that are worn or damaged are replaced with genuine Ekornes parts.

We give a written quotation before any work is started and our terms and conditions apply.

As standard, Leather Master protection cream is applied and a care kit per customer is given.

Below are many pictures of Ekornes chairs and sofas that have passed through our workshop over the years.

We only use Andrew Muirhead leather in our Re-upholstery.

Mainly we use leather from the Sateen range which has
30 colours to choose from and the Ingleston range which has 48 colours to choose from.

The Sateen range is used in the aircraft industry which has very specialised demands.

The Ingleston range is used in the Marine and automotive market where style, look and feel plus safety and durability are important.

Winborne Dorset.

Our customer designed the curved shape and made all the frame work, the only parts that are original are the 2 end frames.
